About Us

Welcome to Alchemy Farm Hawaii, passion-driven apiaries founded and operated by Monica Pezze. Monica began her bee journey on her homestead near Kilauea Volcano on the Big Island of Hawaii, tucked away in the lush native Hawaiian forest of ʻōhiʻa lehua trees and hapu'u ferns.  Her creative passion for growing food is as great as her love for pollinators and the ʻāina. Today, her bees have grown to provide pollination for various organic micro farms on the east side of Hawaii Island.

Alchemy Farm Hawaii is dedicated to producing raw, artisanal honey and natural beeswax products using sustainable and ethical beekeeping practices. Our mission is to keep honey pure, support and defend the health of our pollinators and educate the community about the vital role pollinators play in Hawaii’s unique ecosystem.
